The development consists of six three bedroom and nine two bedroom houses and was designed by Baxter and King and specified to a high standard required. All thirteen homes are fitted with their own efficient air source heat pumps, this teamed with increased insulation produces energy efficiency and environmental impact ratings up to 40 per cent better than older homes in the area.
The Project was completed on time and bugdet. The scheme was a finalist at the LABC quality awards.
