This single storey extension designed in-house by Baxter & King incorporated alterations to the original kitchen enlarging the usable area and providing an excellent living area. The original brickwork detail was retained to the existing house, traditional wooden sliding sash windows with a pre-finished paint applied, a large roof lantern was installed incorporating self cleaning glass and rain sensors. The floor was covered with a natural Travertine marble. The flat roof is covered with a “Polyroof System” and is guaranteed for 20 years.
