The original property was dismantled, salvaging much of the existing materials for re-use. The building was extended and altered to suit the clients needs. Although the property appears to be traditional many modern technologies were incorporated.
A ground source heat pump provides the heating and hot water for the property via an underfloor heating system. The windows and doors were purpose made apart from the main entrance doors which were salvaged from Lincoln railway station.
